Return & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with USE MONAMI. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in their original condition, with all tags attached. A receipt or other proof of purchase is required. Items that show signs of wear, fragrance, makeup, damage or alteration may be refused.
How to start a return
Email usemonami@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will send return instructions and the applicable return address. Please do not send items back without authorization.
Refunds
After the return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for fit, preference or change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will cover the return or replacement shipping.
Exchanges
To request a different size or color, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges depend on availability and may be processed as a return and a new order.
Sale and final-sale items
Regular sale items may be returned unless they are clearly marked Final Sale. Items marked Final Sale and gift cards cannot be returned.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We will try to help, but orders that have already been fulfilled or shipped cannot be canceled.
