Shipping Policy

 

U.S. Shipping

 

We currently ship throughout the United States. Standard shipping is free on orders of $150 or more. Available delivery options, rates and estimated delivery dates are calculated at checkout after you enter your ZIP code.

 

Order Processing

 

Orders are processed on business days. After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery estimates shown at checkout begin after processing and are estimates, not guarantees.

 

Address Changes

 

Please review your shipping address before completing checkout. If you need to request a change, email usemonami@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.

 

Tracking and Delivery Delays

 

Carrier delays, severe weather and other events outside our control may affect delivery. If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members and neighbors, then contact the carrier. You may also email us and we will help review the shipment.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

 

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item or appears to be lost in transit, contact usemonami@gmail.com with your order number and photos when applicable. We will review the issue and provide next steps.

 

Returns

 

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after confirmed delivery. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for eligibility and instructions.
